Mission

1.     Impart vocational skills-based training in making sustainable livelihood.

2.      Implement centralized training graduates with local and overseas employment market opportunities.

3.      Explore employment opportunities with innovative occupations and potentials.

4.      Develop and update training curricula to fit with employment market opportunities.

5.        Affiliate with CTEVT to maintain nationally accredited skill test certification standard. 

Goal

The main Goal of this training centre is to deliver technical education and vocational training along with market oriented short-term skill training all over the country, however, the specific objectives are as follows.

·         Perform Rapid Market Appraisal (RMA), Training Need Assessment (TNA) in different locations to identify training need.

·         Conduct awareness activities in different parts of the country for accessing target and needy people in training

·         Make the access of the project targeted group participants in the training information especially women and Dalit.

·         Select targeted participants as per the project guidelines

·         Conduct quality training focusing on full individual practical opportunity to the trainees.

·         Deliver classes on entrepreneurships development, Financial Literacy and Life skills & Business skills.

·         Develop coordination with the financial institutions and job providers for the placement of the graduates

·         Assist graduates in employment, including self-employment, domestic wage and
